The UCLH QoR App is an application designed to record post operative recovery statistics, patient reported outcome measures and activity data from selected patients at University College of London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. In order to join this study you will need to be an invited participant with a valid invitation letter - the application is not currently available to anybody outside of this group.
